TRC Family Fund は、創業者・湯日春の精神を受け継ぐために、家族が設立した基金です。 TRC Family Fund was established by the family to carry forward the spirit of our father, the founder 湯日春. TRC Family Fund 是我們為延續父親、創業者湯日春的精神所成立的家族基金。
湯日春は、何も持たずに事業を始めた創業者でした。台湾の中小企業が驀進していた時代、来欣紡織廠から歩みを始め、台湾と日本を幾度も往復しながら、ひとつひとつの信頼を積み重ねて事業を築いていきました。
働きすぎが身体を蝕み、父は早くにこの世を去りました。けれども、敦厚な人柄と、地に足のついた誠実さ、そして誰よりも先を見ていた眼差しは、いまも家族のなかに生き続けています。
湯日春 built his business from nothing. He began at Lai Hsin Textile (來欣紡織廠) in the years when Taiwan's small and medium enterprises were growing at extraordinary speed, and spent his working life travelling between Taiwan and Japan, earning trust one relationship at a time.
He worked without rest, and it cost him his health. He left us far too early. What remains is his character: warm and generous, earnest and grounded, and always looking further ahead than anyone around him.
湯日春是一位白手起家的創業家。在台灣中小企業飛快成長的年代,他從來欣紡織廠起步,長年往返台灣與日本之間,一筆一筆累積信任,建立起自己的事業。
過度的操勞損耗了他的健康,父親早早離開了我們。但他敦厚的為人、認真務實的態度,以及比誰都看得遠的眼光,至今仍活在這個家族之中。
